hi, everyone!! :)

i'm fairly new here and still getting the hang of this place, but i wanted to go ahead and introduce myself.

i'm a 30 year old artist living in the southeastern united states with my husband, 2 cats and 5 ferrets.

i was raised as a xtian, but have walked away from that religion since i never found what i was looking for there. i'm a solitary pagan now and don't follow a particular path. my interests include tarot, history, music, books, myths, legends, faerie lore, art, writing, webdesign and other such fun things. ;)

i'm enjoying the board a great deal and look forward to getting to know you guys better. :)

I also walked away from the Christian path for the same reason. I never found what I needed although I was told that it was ALL I needed. I've been at home on this path for two years and feel as though I've been walking it forever.

Welcome to the asylum. Pull up a comfy chair and treat yourself to a glass of lemonade or some hot cider.

I have 5 cats (one is up for adoption) and I live in the southwest, so I fully understand the animal thing. I also uaed to have a ferret. Alas, I haven't had a dog in a long time, I think I am just a cat person.

i'm mostly a cat and ferret person myself...they're such fun. :D we have a dog, also, but he lives with my mother-in-law (who is a dog person). ;)
