double action candles?

Does anyone have any info or links on how to best use double action candles?

"Similar to the reversing candle is the double-action candle, a jumbo candle that is half black and half some other colour -- half red if they have jinxed your love-life, half green if they have jinxed your money, half white if they have jinxed your health or peace of mind. You can use the double-action candle the same way as the reversing, but carve your enemy's name on the black end and your own on the coloured end and then dress the enemy's end with Crossing Oil and your own end with Uncrossing Oil. Some people prefer to carve the double-action candle to give it points at both ends so that they can light and burn both ends at once. To hold it in place, they stick it horizontally on the point of a heated rusty nail that has been hammered through a board and then placed on a sheet of aluminum foil or a large cookie tray. it's a drippy mess when it burns this way, but is said to be very effective."

Most of the non-voodoo sources indicate that the double candle is to attract positive energies and dispell negative ones, and that you treat it the same way you would a normal candle. White/black is for spiritual purposes, green/black for financial or luck purposes, and red/black for love.
