What do feel is the relationship (if any) between energy and work in metaphysical or magical workings? Take that one step further and how does this correspond to living in both mundane and spiritual terms?

hmmm, ok I will bite.. Einstein said Energy = force over matter or some crap like that.. means, work plus energy = something ??
it seems to hold true in the subatomic realm, as those are the attoms of said mass...
so in the spiritual strata, if matter can be defined as anything that has molecules and takes up space, and in order for something to exist it need be matter or space (vacum), could we then suppose that things in the spirit realm, (energy) is subject to the same law?
