Mother,
I know I've complained a lot lately about my stresses but I want to thank a moment to thank you. Athena, Hecate, Inanna, Isis, Selene, I thank you for my friends, my job, my health, my Daizey, my family, my talent, my love, my hope, my strength, my home, my car, my collegues, my mentors, my teachers, this site, my students, my books, my connections, and all of the other one million reasons for which I feel blessed.
My heart sometimes feels like it my burst with love and I thank you for the body, your body, that makes me feel that.
May I continue to feel you beneath my feet and brushing across my face. May I never lose the sound of your voice and may I continue to do work that promotes you.
As we both will it, so mote it be!
