Wow! You are beyond lucky! I'm 5'8" and I have always felt short. I haven't gotten any taller since I was 14, and am 22 now.. so I think I'm done growing..lol.

You know what. I know what it is like to be taller than almost all the other women I know. Although my mom and best friend are as tall as me. ( my mom has shrunk though :) )
However. I am married to a guy who is shorter than me, and it doesn't matter to him at all. I wear heels when I want and he doesn't care.
I am tall and proud. I can reach stuff off the high shelves for shorter people.

It's not everyday that you see or meet a tall woman, especially a woman of 6'. The last time I dated a woman that was close to my hieght I was in High School, that was over 20 years ago. I myself am 6'3" and can relate to the head bumping. With cars getting smaller I find myself always hitting my head getting in or getting out, then there are those damn chandelliers (LOL). Being tall is nice sometimes but I find this world seems to be geared towards shorter people. Lately even sex I am finding to be leaning towards short people. A 6'3" man with a 5'3", makes it different when it comes to certain positions (LOL), can't do it standing up in the shower.....

I too have lost my belief in God or Jesus...since I was taught that they are one in the same. I tried committing suicide also. Not fun. I read the bible and read up on other religions and realized their similarities...most of the Christian beliefs claim to do it right and the others wrong. Their way is best. I love this path because their is no right way or wrong way. You choose! Of course can't go against the free will thing
But the bible teaches to love others as yourself. In church I didn't see that.
They were mostly after your money and looked down on you when you "Sinned"
or shunned you even. The Christian God teaches about Faith moving mountains.
and the law of return...So does the pagan path. But there is no ridicule and no one turns their backs on you. I love this Forum and maybe you will too!

Exactly 5' 11 1/4", which seems damn short for guys these days. I haven't grown the width of a hair since I turned 12 either (am now 26). My armspan, however, is 6'8" and my 15-year old brother is 6'3" and growing. True, he and I have different fathers, but my father is 6'2" - taller than my stepfather.

I've never really worried about my height but I often wondered if being streched would help me get taller. Or hanging upside down....or does it really matter? It's what's on the inside that counts.

I don't mind it now. But I was self-conscious after I stopped growing at 12. Went for years with never wearing less than a two inch heel (wrecked havoc on my poor feet) and finally came to grips with being short in college, thank goodness! And you're right, it's all about the inside. :)
