**Grins** Seriously - when it comes to religious accommodation, obviously the prison system can establish limits. Wiccan inmates are not allowed to have athames, for example. And being a felon limits most of the rights you would have otherwise--felons cannot vote, for example, even after they're released from prison. Therefore their rights within prison walls--even their first amendment rights--are strictly curtailed and overseen by prison officials.
