Someone knows what Rune or Runes can be used (in meditation for example) to obtain a lot of patience and to leave fury away? please help me

Well, you could always start your meditation with thoughts of how Odin hung on the tree staring at the ground for days. I personally think of Isa as a good patience rune, since it is static in nature, solid.

Isa could help in certain ways...
Yet it can create a frozen state , as in an "ism"...
The rune known to me as Naid , also called Nauthiz ,
can be utilized as a constraint , blockage , and delaying
factor , giving pause before action...
As Sowulo , or Seal to me , represents Solar Energy , and
Life Force , or in extreme , uncontrolled passion , and rage...
I perhaps , would consider these as runes for a working...
One way to use Sowulo , is as a red diagram , inside a circle ,
curved , with ends pointed...looks like a martial arts throwing
star...think of a clock...straight line across , 3 to 9...
Then lines , either side , continuing 3 to 5 , 9 to 11...
This is used in Native American tradition , as a Wakan Tanka
symbol for setting the "Wheel" in motion...
Yet "balanced motion" , and power...
Nauthiz , may be seen as a person holding a staff across the body ,
at an angle...a "crossing guard" constraint effect...
A "guardian at your threshold" , so to speak...
If I was doing a ritual , I would place a shield drawing of Sowulo
at my back , as per above shaped...I would stand in front , and
declare my ability , holding a long staff , as in the above Nauthiz
constraint position , to control the fury , and balance the power...
This , in and of itself , would create a "bindrune" , with combined
body shape , and drawn shield...
Just a suggestion...

First of all I have to apologize for my bad english and thanks a lot for your answers.
Meditating on Odín hanging in Ygdrassil always I have seen it as a state more than of patience, of sacrifice like the meaning of the Rune Tiwaz (maybe sacrifice always need patience or patience always need sacrifice ? XD), yes I thought about Isa, but always I have been insecure of using the Runes of ice because I have with them a lot of respect XD, perhaps to chill some situations as says Shawn Blackwolf but I never used it for self-control, the Futhark of Thorsson indicates Isa for "Will and concentration" and perhaps it is useful. Thank you so much for answer me Kraheera, Rick and Shawn, I will try with the three ways, the rune Isa, the candle and the "wheel bindrune" , certainly, I forgot to mention that specifically the patience required is toward babies (too much crying for example) XD perhaps I can use Berkana invoking goddess Frigg?

Ah, an entirely different kettle of fish. :hahugh:
Make a charm from the attached bindrune, and place it above the child's bed. It's the runic equivalent of a 'dream catcher' (more to the point, a Dream Warrior).

You could try meditating on Jera - reflect on the passage of time and the cycle of the year. Think deeply on the vastness of time. Realize that you have no control over time and that you must be patient. Jera is about cycles... everything will come full circle

I have found from different sources that five Runes would be useful to obtain patience: Uruz in the sense of endurance (with the figure of the auroch of course), Nauthiz related to resistance, Isa (but more for standstill situations), Jera (as recommend Renny, Jordsvin indicates in an article about Jera and the cycles of the nature: "ask any farmer if patience is necessary in that line of work") and Eiwhaz (the yew as an evergreen tree known for longevity) like the power to avert defeat, the strength, to harden all.
Thank you Renny :)
Many thanks Rick! today I print the bindrune, that certainly is beautiful!
Thanks to all for your "patience" :bigredgri
