This Ring

I bought this ring in a New Age shop....it sorta just...caught my eye. I'm not sure if the face is that of a Chinese Dragon...or what?
On the top of the ring is a moonstone, detailed behind that with brass (I think???)
What does the face look like to you?

I see the dragon but actually my first impression was of the Egyptian goddess Sekhmet....who has the head of a lion. She eats liars :D
