Astral Projection... and other things

Okay, so when I was a child, I used to see an apparition of my mum in my bedroom doorway. Could have sworn she was there in person but it was just a mere vision. I was talking to a friend a while back, who said that my mum had most likely astral projected without knowing it, as a way of making sure both I and my sister was safe. My sister also saw my mum.

Now in a similar vein since having kids, when the house would be quiet and it would just be hubby and I at home because the kids were staying overnight at grandparents, I could have sworn I heard one of them crying. Now is this just an overracting imagination or am I responding to something from my kids over the distance of space?

Well it could just be a manifestation of your anxieties for your children while they are away from home, but equally it could be some form of psychic connection between you and your children. Did you try asking them if they were upset about anything while staying at their grandparents at the time you sensed the crying?

yeah, I agree with this. I think the only way to find out really, how real your particular experience was, is if you check with either your kids or their grandparents what was actually going on at the time.
