In my ArtFire shop (http://www.artfire.com/users/KarenAScofield). I had to try ArtFire out! It's very much like Etsy, only I got a deal on fees there.

That is beautiful. Question the magnetic clasps are they expensive and do they actually hold up when used on necklaces?

Thanks.

They (magnetic clasps) range in strength.

They also range greatly in price, the cheapest being the packs of them one can get at JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts.

They hold up out and about town if you pick the right strength magnetic clasp for the weight of the necklace.

I don't know about under the forces of an amusement park or horseback riding though.

If yanked hard enough, the necklace can be pulled off the neck.

The pendant is absolutely beautiful, though I personally don't trust magnetic clasps. (Had too many fail on me.)

I think it's a matter of preference, type of activities, activity level, and experience. I tried magnetic clasps out and loved them after having barrel clasps unwind themselves (I lost a crystal Goddess necklace that way) or lobster clasps breaking, etc.

To each, her own, then, I suppose. :)
