Sprint Pcs

What do you think of Sprint PCS? I've had nothing but problems with them since I first got a contract 2 years ago! I had to have my phone replaced, they send me a new model, are supposed to send a charger, it's not included with my phone, When I finally get the phone charged to see if it works, it doesn't. I have to call and have my phone reset 3 different times before it'll finally make a call, but that's only going to last me until my phone battery goes dead becuae I don't have a charger, and that's only the problems I've had in the past week!!!! I REALLY DESPISE SPRINT!

I've had Sprint PCS for 11/2 yrs. and it's never given me a bit of trouble..........Phone connects to Internet fine.....I live near the top of a large hill and roam in my house.....but thats true of every system in town......kids phones roam here too............The phone itself has never given me any trouble either.......:p

your lucky, they cut off my service saying that I refused to pay, then when that got all straightened out was claiming that I owed them more then I did. then I can't get phone service with them after they turn my account back on becuase my contract is up and I have to re-up becuae of all the technical bull crap. And then they sell me a phone that doesn't work, that I have to replace. Oh wait I've already told you this part. When I call them to try and work out the problems, most of the people are rude, and if I have to call back again the next person I talk to says the other person lied and this is what I have to do. It's a nightmare. If I could change companies right now I would!

**Shrugs** Just stop giving them your money. It's your money, after all, whether they say you owe them or not. And once you have their attention, refuse to give them any of your money until they can satisfy your needs as a customer.

I worked for Sprint for a few months...I never had any real problems...although my phone used to drop calls for no apparent reason...

I used to use Sprint until they started cutting off my phones and over charging me... so I voted Bad.

I"m in the military and I have to have a phone, right now they are the only one's that have been able to give me a phone. So as soon as I change bases then I'm done with them

they actually have apretty good name in Canada... but thats because our arch rival in Canada is Bell Canada, the only company you could get a land line from until the govermnet de-monopolized it and Sprint is so far the only taker to try and beat them...
