I'm an absolute fanatic over this movie.

Has anyone else saw it? Thoughts? Opinions? Did you like the songs?

LOVED THAT MOVIE!!! WANT TO BUY IT!

I thought the music was outstanding. The guy who played Hedwig and wrote the movie (what is his name again?) is absolutely brilliant! (and dead sexy!) ;) If I ever get handfasted, I'm thinking of having "The Origin of Love" played at the reception. I cried like a baby at the end.

Ahh, I have to go home and listen to the soundtrack now! :)

The amazing John Cameron Mitchell played Hedwig and also directed the film. Working the double shift.

"The Orgin of Love," would be such a great handfasting (or marriage) song. Wow. It's romantic.

No I haven't seen Gypsy 83, whats it about?

i loved that movie! john cameron mitchell was a fantastic actor. hedwig is definately one of my favorite movies.

I haven't seen it yet... :( It was one of the films my class critiqued last year, but I didn't see that one, I saw a different one....

BTW, "George Washington" --awesome movie. I can't remember the director's name, but it's about kids in the suburbs growing up and shtuff... soooo cool. :cool:

My god I loved that movie with a Firey passion! My bro introduced it to me and I fell in love. My favorite song is Wicked Little Town, Tommy Gnosis's version, though Origin of Love and Wig in a Box are a close 2nd and third. I walk around singing Wig in a box all the time "Put on some make up.... Turn on the tape deck" Do do do do. Hee hee!:)

I happen to find Hedwig inspirational.
