"Me So Holy" funny or offensive?

What do you think? I don't find it particularly offensive. I find a few other things a lot more offensive when it comes to depicting Christ, but I am learning to chill about those too! To each their own. The baby shaking thing was much more tasteless... but was it wrong to nix that one?

I don't find it funny, I know people who would. Then again me as Jesus probably would be funny. In any case I agree with the above if you don't like it don't buy it. I think people are offended too easily if they are offended by this.

It's funny in a way, because it's co-opting the "white boy" image of Jesus. The dude most likely had dark hair and swarthy skin.

I don't find it offensive, but I think it is disrespectful and that Apple were smart to say no. I think a lot of people would get really upset over it.

Well, let's be honest about something.

Apple is a private company, and as such, they are entitled ot allow or disallow any app they want for their own products.

They don't even have to be fair about what they allow and what they don't. The Baby Shaking app was taken down after complaints, after all.

Frankly, I don't care. If there is no victim, it's none of my business.

I can not believe anyone would approve the baby shaker app. In what world is that even remotely entertaining or funny?

Now, because of that incident, it seems they're trying rooly hard to be politically correct with the rest to compensate. It's all a play to make sure their company doesn't suffer.

Last Saturday I was over my sister's house and my neice was watching the collegiate gymnastics. During comercials they showed the one where the girl jumped up on the table and started doing the "R e s p e c t" song,

My neice, 10 years old said that somewhere some kid would do it and say that they saw it on tv so it must be ok.
At ten years old, she had enough sense to know that was inapropriate behavior, but other kids would not have that fear of being grounded, etc..

The internet is full of sick and twisted games, pictures, and applications. Apple has full rights to try and filter out those things as well as things it thinks people will find offensive- after all, it's their product. Doesn't mean people won't find a way to get around it. People will do what they want, in the end.
