Hey ya'll!
I am currently looking into Wicca and I was wondering if ya'll could give me some good starting places. I am going out to go buy Scott Cunningham's Wicca: A guide for the Solitary Practitionar and Living Wicca: A further guide...
Other than there, where else should I start? I have found a few prayers and such, should I go ahead and start a BoS?
Thanks ya'll!

Well, welcome to MysticWicks! I am relatively new myself, i am not even considered a pagan or wiccan yet, as i have not been studying for a year and a day, only for about 3 monthes so far, but intensively. Both books are excellent, as i have read both ! Merry meet!

Howdy and Welcome.
Visit our Book Forum. They can suggest good books.
I would highly suggest startin a journal now. Then you can look back on it later and see how far you've come. (Wish I had!) You can incorprate into your BOS later.

Hi there! :)

Cunningham's books area great place to start IMO. Also check out the Book forum and the Stuck Threads at the top of this forum if you haven't yet. They are so full of info.

I'd start your BoS, why not? :) There are several threads in Magick and Ritual, I believe, that have what many people include. My advice it to start it being organized now so you don't have tons of pappers to be organized later. Most of our BoS's are simple: notebooks, three ring binders computer disks. That way you can move stuff around, take out, add....with no problems.

And yes, a journal is a great idea. Now if I could only start writing in my again with any sort of regularity...
