a mystics fight... ending in taint.

One of my .....Peers at school has come to me with the startling evidence that he has meen in a fight, using magic no less! while Im all for a good tumble the mystic art should be left out of it and thats allthey used.
The other person attacked him sopposedly and he won..... And then absorbed a large amount of this others energies.

Im worried for this kids not the most stable always and now he reaks of taint. he is stronger but as I said Alot darker. any advice?? Comments?

I'd be most interested in hearing the evidence (I take it that it's something other than he simply sez so?)...

OK, if he absorbed his opponent's energy (life-force?) I think it'll eventually fade... kinda like losing a caffiene buzz...

As to him seeming 'tainted' & 'darker', think of a calm, clear pond... then a storm stirs it up... again, eventually, I think the waters here will clear...

I don't mean to sound, well, rude or condescending, but this sounds a bit like something out of a Japanese cartoon... the one where the contest is played kinda like Pokemon, & the characters look kinda like Dragonball Z...

I gotta agree with Rick on this one. Could he maybe by chance saying this to gain attention? As for absorbing the energy from his opponent, it could be possible, but as Rick said it eventually will wear out.

As for proof no-one saw the fight and he didnt make a big deal about that but the entire local community has noted his recent increase in energy. His storie sounds plausable except he thought he might have killed the guy/thing... whatever Ill just see if it fades thenI dont really trust the thing.
Tried to find out about this T.V. show.... my little brother recognized it as Yo-gui-oh think I got that right.... :-) ahwell who knows this guy does watch alot of that dragonball.... I hope it just blows over... hes not entirely stable under most conditions and yet he seems calmer now.
