Sue the crap out of them... And get yourself tested for E. Coli... There was a big lawsuit with jack in the box because of this (I believe) Sue the crap out of them for selling you tainted meat.

If you knew that the food wasn't done at the time you ate it, why didn't you let them know at that time? Plus are you sure that it was their food? This is the time of year when people are coming down with the flu and colds. Before you take some drastic action you will regret later, make sure you know your facts.

I know of at least 50,000 tons of beef in the US alone this year that were recalled because of some infection, probably E. Coli. Consider cutting out cow and pig from your diet, and you will have a lot fewer worries. There's enough to worry about with chicken and fish too, but not quite the staggering array of horrible consequences you get with red meat. We used to call that restaurant Gag in the bag or Jack in the Crack. Now you know why. Hope you feel better.

Before you can sue them, you're gonna have to see a doctor......and it's probably to late for that..........Stomach contents could have been analyzed and you would have known for sure...........

good point... but I would at least make a bit of a stink of it with them... see the manager, the managers manager, etc. too many fast food places aren't reglulated enough...
personally I just dont eat at them... :)

Scare them... Go tell the manager what happened... And how sick you were, because of their food. He may watch his workers a little more closely...

when you eat at these places you are getting the minimum wage level of sanitary food practices. If I don't like the look of the people behind the counter, I leave.

"This happened in Arvika, Sweden in what has been identified only as "an international hamburger chain outlet," but it could make you lose your appetite for any fast food. Reuters quotes a report from the Swedish TT news agency that a customer of this fast food restaurant visited the men's room and noticed that all the toilet seats had been removed. So he approached a restaurant employee to inquire about the missing seats and was told they were being washed in the dishwasher--along with trays and kitchen utensils. The employee took the toilet seats out of the dishwasher and assured the customer they would be warm and pleasant to sit on."

there was a survey done a long time ago about the quality of fast food chains. Jack in the Box was rated the worst, with the most fattening food, and the lowest quality. J in the B is he place if you want tried and true, grade "F" food products.
