OMG! what a beautiful sight!

WOW! I face east and as I sit looking out my window at work to see the night has fallen, and right in front of me is a glorious full moon. I took pics, but will have to post them tomorrow...

the way its lighting up on the snow... I am breathless... really needed that sight today :)

Yip, right now the sky is so clear and dark here. When it was breaktime at work earlier we were all outside staring at it.

The only time I tried to take pics of the moon, they never came out - but my camera isn't digital. Shame, the full moon was gorgeous that night also.

There is supposed to be a comet tonight - in the SW sky beside Leo, might wander outside and see if I can see it. (I live in a multi, so the only view I get is...another multi!)

*sigh* if I had my new camera they would be better... here they are...
this one was at 4:30pm, you can tell cuz if you look at the apartment buildings the windows have a gold glow, thats from the sunset, my windows face to the east... it was really awesome

shnen- grea pictures. We tried taking some pictures with our camera, fooling around with some of the different settings like we knew what we were doing. ;) But they never came out. I am so glad yours did and thanks for sharing.

I love the moon, every night i come out of work and look for the moon and when its in sight it always looks so beautiful :D

I begining to think that my 2 y/o neice is going to grow up to be like her aunt and her great-aunt, cuz everytime she sees the moon, she says "My moon", she never says "My" anything, except with the moon.....
