So I am thinking of making my own runes, and at first I thougt I'd use wood, but lately I am thinking of maybe using clay instead... So does anybody know about "Fimo Soft modelling material"? 'Cause I've got some at home, and I am wondering is it a bad idea to make runes out of this (it's the type of clay you can harden in your own oven...) "modelling material", or is it a good idea... ?
And also what do I need to keep in mind when making them? Is there a "right way" to go about when making runes?
Blessed be

There is an extensive discussion on making Runes in the "Divination" forum. You might check it out.

You might want to try the Mexican modeling clay. It holds your energy better and you do not have to fire it in the oven. Just a thought....

Oh yes - the BEST thing to use is river rocks. You can etch on them or paint on them with an oil based paint.

Thanks for the idea...
I'll let you know when I've made them and of what I finally made them... =)
Seems it might be a while still, got some exams to finish first...
Blessed be
