Recycling

Okay, my school just started recycling about this time last year. We have an Earth Club that is suppose to do it and all this. Well we have no where to put the paper we gather,so we can't recycle anymore. My question is where can I find out about a recycling center near where we live? I know of one near by but it doesn't pay for the newspaper and such, and me being the treasurer and all would like to get some more money for better recycling bins and such. Is there a web address where I could locate a center or something? Any ideas? Thanks-
