Hello all! Due to some recent potentially threatening spiritual goings-ons, a friend of mine suggested I make a witchbottle just in case. She also said that it may be more effective/strong if "sealed" with a spell. I'm going to write my own, but I'm interested in seeing examples of spells before going ahead and writing it. If anyone here has made a witchbottle and wouldn't mind sharing a spell they used in the process, I would be so grateful to see it!
Tahnk you, and blessings.

I read about a witch jar awhile back but can't remember how it was done. I just sprinkle sea salt around my place & burn sage.

I take it you're doing this in an attempt to break a curse?
Are you aware of what you need to place inside the bottle? If the curse is against you, then you can fill it with your own hair, nail clippings, any bodily fluids (or not) and pins and nails. Seal it with cork and wax.
You can add a written spell if you want, but it's not necessary if you're just doing it for your own protection. Your intent while making the witch bottle is really all you need!
Just hide it somewhere in your house when you're done, or bury it at your doorstep.

Here's what Patricia Telesco suggests in her book "How to Be a Wicked Witch" ...
All ill will or any blight
Snatch from the air and bind it tight!
