~cough~ Sorry to bother you all, but I think I have used to much energy lately and even though I have had the flu shot, I think i am getting it..... I have thrown up twice today, and everything I eat just rolls around in my stomach making me nauseous (spelled wrong). So could any of you spare a little healing energy to make me feel better??? it would be much appricitated.

Oh man, bummer! NYQUIL I say, NYQUIL!!!

I've had something rolling in and out and first it feels like flu then I feel fine and then it hits all over again.

I hope with you the symptoms just run it's course then stop. Hopefully the flu shot will help ya'. But again I say to you:

NYQUIL!!!! :D

There is a stomach bug going around right now, just finishing fighting it off myself. It's not the flu, just some garden variety intestinal germ.

Hope everyone is feeling better soon! And I second the vote for Nyquil! I'll also add: drink plenty of fluids, clear ones if at all possible. Jewish mothers know what they are talking about when they insist on chicken soup... Lots of water too, so you don't dehydrate.

Gods, I can't stop being a nurse. LOL.

And honey, try and take echinacea, it reallys gives the immune system a kick up the @rse, and ginger/peppermint teas are great for nausea/stomach wobbliness!

Hope you get better soon! Drink lots of water (guess who's a choir kid 8O ) that seems to be the cure for everything, and it's just good for you in general. Not to mention barfing leaves a bad taste in your mouth. :D Okay, that was really gross I know.

My friend is just getting over this stomach flu thing! She was vomiting and wanted to do nothing but sleep and she missed my baby shower! :( I was very upset by both her illness and her absence! I hope I don't get it! That's the last thing I need! Preganat with the stomach flu! eug!
