Walter Cronkite dead at 92

Walter Cronkite, the broadcast giant known as "the most trusted man in America" during the golden age of television news, has died at the age of 92 after battling cerebrovascular disease.

For a generation of Americans, the former CBS News anchor became the dominant face, voice and source of information during a chaotic and transformative period in American history, stretching from World War II through the emergence of the Reagan revolution.

Cronkite leaves behind an unmatched journalistic legacy seven decades in the making. His standard for objective, fair reporting set the bar for his profession during the latter half of the 20th Century.

Yes, he was the head of the liberal MSM for quite some time. But, like all dead celebrities I don't give a rats ass
