My almost daughter in law Natalie has joined the Air Force....She has already taken all her tests and done especially well, but to be in Security Forces she needs to be able to lift 70 pounds.....she only could do 65 lbs. 2 weeks ago.....but she's been working with a personal trainer and she gets a do-over tomorrow..........Please send her energy and strength(literally) tomorrow for her lift.............Thank you all so much........
