This dream seemed very heavy when I dreamed it last night. It was so unusual that I've been thinking about it all day. I was wondering if you all have any ideas. There was no setting and no real fear, per say. It was like we were in a dark room and I was ... curious. I was a little apprehensive, but it wasn't the heart pounding fear but the cautious (gotta watch the fire) kind.

In it was myself, a King, and a Queen.

The Queen was a wicked and evil sorcerer. I never saw her eyes, they were always covered in shadows, but I remember she wore red-red-red lipstick and her lips became a thin line in anger much of the time.

The King always stood behind her. He was smaller in stature and I couldn't see him as well as I could see her. I also knew that he wanted me. More than that, he wanted affection. I think that was the bottom line. I knew in the way of dreams that this King had wanted a lot of people (not just women.) When I tried to see him, to get to him, she would get in the way. It was a kind of tango we danced.

This is the strange part. The King and Queen were one person seperated into two halves. The King would find someone to love him and the Queen would hurt/ kill said person in the most painful way possible. They would do the same for anyone who found out about the secret.

Instead of running away from this, I kept at it. I kept trying to get to the shadowy King behind her. I don't know if I ever did, I just remember trying. I remembered thinking that I couldn't look at this problem (as it was a puzzle to me) with just him alone. I had to always take the Queen into consideration. I thought that was where all the others had gone wrong.

Then I woke.

Thanks ya'll~

The king might be a symbol of your latest goals in life, or just something you'd like to do. It also could mean a person you wish to meet or something. The queen is stopping you from getting to him but you're trying. She seems like the most toughest obstacle. That could be anything in your real life, such as money or time or problems that can't allow you to get what you want.

Maybe you need to look at this and wonder if what you're hoping for at the moment is worth the trouble. Maybe it isn't meant for you to have? Or maybe you're finding that someone in your life isn't what you thought they were.
