Does anyone know of a Battle Goddess or a Goddess of War who sings as she fights?

well, would Valkyrie be cheating? The singing comes more from Wagner than from myth, of course, but the concept surely seems to resonate world round.
For a bit on them and amazons, try this link:

Enyo/Bellona may have sung...I can find no references to it, but you might be able to.

Well, this might not help much either, but Brigid (Spelling be damned!) often is associated with home, war, and crafts from what I've heard, including lyrical construction. Inspirational sort of Goddess, I don't have much trouble envisioning her in lyric-enhanced warfare.
By the way, Gwion, nice avatar. Huzzah for Changeling!
