i hope her case gets laughed out of court, i'd hate to see what that chick would think of sea world. besides, i don't know how they do things there, but people in parks over here display the words Splash Zone for the first several rows and even warn you enthusiastically that in the splash zone you will get wet. therefore she should know to be very careful entering and exiting.
