What's your take on what this means? I'm moving away and have two kitties who will be staying with my very responsible parents. I love them, but will miss them very much. My parents also have an older kitty who's a little crusty these two little rascals have invaded her space.
I see statues of Bast everwhere I go-- in shop windows, on top of books I want to look at in stores, posters, the recent issue of PanGaia featured an article about her...
Is she trying to tell me something?
Thanks!!

It's quite possible that seeing as you're going to miss your little ones that this is foremost in your thoughts and it's making you notice these things more than you normally would. I know that when I was pregnant, I noticed a lot more other pregnant women in the places I went to.
Also, is there a possibility that you can take your kitties with you? Even if it's at a later date? Or maybe Bast is trying to let you know she will watch over them? Or maybe... ugh... I dunno... so many possiblities!

Or it could be Bast letting you know that even though you're leaving your kitties behind, She's still near. I would find that comforting. :)

I agree with Wildchild. Even though your kitties won't be there in person to watch over you, Bast will still be there for you.
Hope you and your furkids can be reunited!

As the others believe, I too think that your cats will be safe. Seeing Bast around is a good omen. She will be with you and your cats, since you and your pets will be separated.
Since you posted this a few days ago, hopefully, everything is ok with your move and your pets. :)

Funny, I just had a visit from her the other night. I was feeling really down and crappy, and trying to get to sleep when I felt a great long cat curl around my back like a hug from behind and a deep purring in my head. She told me she'd help me, make everything okay as long as I remembered her when I was with my kitties.
