I have had remarkable results in singing my spells rather than just speaking them. Any musically inclined spellcasters tried this?

I have also found that casting a spell harnessing the power of a rising storm is...staggering powerful.

...that singing comes from a different part of your brain. Some stutterers are told to start singing thier words to overcome the speech problem. Maybe it's a part of your brain that's more in tune with magickal energies? I don' t know the answer; I'm no scientist. But I'm trying it!

I can see lots of ways for that to work Gwion, vibrations or such. I have also heard about harnessing storms creating power surges. It sounds very exciting.

GaldR is the technical term for Rune magic, & when done traditionally, involves singing the Runes involved in the working.

Yes, I've tapped into the energies of thunderstorms many times (Thor, Thor, thunder roar!), & it's quite a rush.
