What does it mean when you do a Celtic Cross spread and the majority of the cards are from the Wands and they're reversed? The last couple of times that I've done a CC spread, that's what happened.

Well, I'd have to see the whole spread to tell you what it means, really... but my first impression upon seeing something like that in a reading of my own would be: no action is being taken, or action shouldn't be taken, or something is causing a slow-down in the action.
Or, you could just need to shuffle more. ;)

Trinity,
I agree with Lisatap as to the difficulty in giving an answer-
I recommend to get a good book- I like several including the Penguin book on "The Tarot", Rachel Pollick, Carl Sargent etc- (but any book justifies a plce in my library!) and see what you feel comfortable with.
Then write down the reading with the interpretations, and see if it makes more sense.
When asking a question try and focus on it's structure, ie not too many questions within the question.
As the wands relate to the realm of ideas, it could be that you need to focus more on the nuts and bolts of the viability of your idea.... but sometimes it can also reflect a reluctance to follow through- or that the idea needs to reach a more mature stage before progressing.
Hope this is of some help
