Reading Request

I have a special request. It's sort of a double reading.

I am in a new relationship, one I am very happy with, and I can easily see myself falling in love with this girl.

However, there is another person from my past to whom I still have a deep connection with and deep feelings for. =/ It's the kind of thing you can't shake, and I'm wondering if the feelings are "resurfacing" for more of a reason than the psycho-analytical things I come up with. Maybe she is a lost lover or soulmate from a past life? I'm not really sure. I'd appreciate if someone could do a reading for me to help me sort this out. I will gladly reciprocate with a reading. I have done a quick horse shoe lay out for you as this is a nice questioning lay out that gives insite into the past and some guidance for the future. I'm not sure if it answers your question at all but I'll try and figure it out.

The first card gives instight as to what brought you to this position and the card I drew for you was temperance, upright. This tells us that you have probably kept a tight hold of your emotions in the past. You have in the past felt the need to control volitile emotions and have had previously enjoyed harmonous partnerships. you have gained wisdom and restraint from these partnerships. All in all the past love you speek of was a good teacher.
The next card refers to your present position and I drew the page of cups, upright. This tells us that you are a person who loves from the heart. That you look deeply into things and are given to much reflection and meditative study. You give advice freely to others but maybe you spend to long dwelling on things rather than acting. You probably need to stop asking questions and start reacting.
The next card refers to general future conditons and this card is the Queen of Pentacles, upright. A woman is bound up in your future it is for you to decide who she is. She is probably dark haired and has a dark tone to her skin. She is possibly governed by an earth sign. She is sensible, and down to earth, wise and compassionate. She is a lover of comfort and splendour. She is lavish with her gifts but is responsable with her money. She will support you in anyway she can.She is a loveing protector.
The card I drew next was the lover upright and this refers to the best policy you should adopt at this time. The lovers is a card of choice. You stand at a decision point in your life were you must make a choice between these two women. The one from the past is comforting as you know her, the other is new and enticeing. You must use your intuition rather than your interlact to chose your path, but choose you must. You may be hesitant and crave the securaty of what you know but the unknown begiles you. A flash of insight will help you resolve this difficult choice but only if you listern to your inner voice.
Next is the King of Penticals upright and in this position it refers to the feelings of those around you. The king of pentacles is a practical down to earth man who is loyal and trustworthy. This tells us that you have a person or people you can turn to for advice in this but don't forget to listern to your inner voice. The guidance from outside should only be followed if it agrees with what your heart tells you since you are the choice maker.
The next card refers to the obsticals that are holding you back and stoping you from makeing your choice and moveing on. The card I drew for you was the Nine of wands , reversed. This is the card of resiliance, in the reverse possiton it tells us that you are prone to obstinacy. You the errector of your own obsticals. You must learn to adapt to the new and not constantly stick to the old for you can not move froward untill you do. You should not be so suspicious of the unknown. This card tells us that there is a danger of emotional entanglements and given the nature of your question I suspect you are be advised to stop compareing the woman of the here and now with your past love. This will only lead to heart ache on both sides. Do not errect fences that are to high to climb over as you will distance yourself from possible love.
Next we have the ace of wands , reverced and this refers to probable final outcomes if you continue the corse you are on and do nothing to alter it yourself. The card of wands is the card of enterprise but as it is reverced it warns of inactiveity. You dealy the choice makeing as you worry about the out come. This leaves you with nothing. Be aware that inaction can be just as distructive as makeing the wrong decision. You must chose your path or risk barrenness. Be also aware that over confidence can also lead to destruction so don't ingore outward advice simply because you think you know best.

Basicaly it's saying you must make a choice eather to give your love to this new woman or hold it back but you must not leave this love to hang in the balance. You know that you had a wonderfull time with your previous love but you must not let this cloud your future choices. Make your decision on what you know to be right but don't ignore all outside advice as this will lead you to unhappiness. I'm tempted to say stop compareing this new love with the old as if she feels you are doing this she will be hurt. The choice is yours to make but make it wisely for you risk hurting someone other than yourself

You will never know "everything" about reading the tarot, so don't worry about it. The best way to learn is to practice. Tell people you don't have much experience yet, and then just do it. :)
