Oh Great Lady, why do I feel like this? I need something, change perhaps? but I don't know what. I'm so down and uncertain and I don't know what to do. I feel an absence, a loss right now. Please give me the stegnth to not succumb to bad habits. Help me replace them with good ones. I just want to , I don;t know what I want to do . I don't know what I need. Please let this pass and these feelings just be temporary. I'm so . I wish I could say something, b ut I don't know what it is.

SAHM, take some time off, walk in the forest if you can, breath and meditate ... relax...

We all feel down now and then, but may the Goddess lift your spirit, may she show you what you need... surely there is time for change in your life... and surely great times will come. What you need will become obvious to you eventually, in the meantime just relax, embrace life, take long walks and stay calm, good days will come!
