seems wrong..

it seems wrong to me , to sometimes get angry with someone for no reason .

like out of the blue i just so annoyed i want everyone to shut up and the world go silent . then there are times i just want to disappear

and sometimes i just really really really mooody with people and snappy

yes i am a empath..but i dont really get why i get like this with people..

to me it seems so wrong to do this to others..

Anger is an emotion, no doubt -- but being emotional is not necessarily "wrong". You state that you get angry for no reason -- but is that entirely true? I suspect that if you were to look at the situation that caused you to feel anger, there was likely something about the situation that either displeased you, grated on your nerves, or otherwise could cause anger as a reaction. Perhaps looking at the reason is a better measure of whether or not the reaction of anger is wrong.
