Hello guys, i was just wondering, what langugae is more prominent in Ireland, Irish Gaelic, or Scottish Gaelic? I know the celts spoke irish gaelic and im pondering that if its comonly spoken in ireland im going to try my luck at trying to learn to speak it

Irish Gaelic is spoken in Ireland and Scottish Gaelic in Scotland:) .

A friend of mine who lives in Ireland has to learn Irish Gaelic while in school. So Irish Gaelic seems the more logical choice :)
