Have you been diagnosed with an hormanal problem by a medical doctor? While I can give you a list of herbs that are traditionally used for balancing hormones, it would be irresponsible of me to suggest a recipe for something like that. I'll post that later tonight as I'm at work right now.

Most of the herbs I know of that's used for hormonal balance are commonly used for menopause. If you're looking for an herbal approach, you should really consult a trained herbalist first before using any of these.

Wild yam, passion flower, raspberry leaves, red clover, ginseng, evening primrose, dong quai, chasteberry, blue cohosh, and lady's mantle are a few you can start researching on. I strongly recomend reading as much as you can on these herbs and talk to a certified herbalist before taking any of them. Not all of these herbs may be right for you as they affect people in different ways. If you need more info, let me know. :)
