Hello and Merry Meet Friends,
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day, planning for the holiday, etc, and that the snow (if you were blessed with it) is making you smile. :)
Just a quick note: I'm having spinal surgery on the 16th, Monday of next week. When I was 10 I had steel rods put in my back, thanks to a 70 degree curve of scolosis (the curving of the spine.) Now my spine has curved at the bottom, pushing my ribs and shoulders out of proportion, so I'm going to have more rods put in.
I'm not overly excited about it. I'll be in the hospital for a week, and at home on bedrest for a month. That's a month out of school, and I won't be able to be in the spring musical at my school (I was going to try for the Wicked Witch of the West too!). But, most of all I wont be able to celebrate Yule fully, on the corresponding day.
So I'm asking whoever wants to or remembers to think of me during your ritual or in your meditation/prayers. Since I'm not able to partake physically or most mentally, I'm relying on my brothers and sisters to help.
I'd apprecitate any acknowledgement. :)
Thank you, Merry Yule, and Blessed Be.
