Let's give a big MW welcome to Kenaz Filan, author of The Haitian Vodou Handbook (http://www.bookfinder4u.com/IsbnSearch.aspx?isbn=1594771251&mode=direct), Vodou Love Magic (http://www.bookfinder4u.com/IsbnSearch.aspx?isbn=1594772487&mode=direct) and Drawing Down the Spirits (http://www.bookfinder4u.com/IsbnSearch.aspx?isbn=159477269X&mode=direct) along with articles in magazines such as NewWitch, PanGaia, and Renaissance Magazine.

I'm looking forward to reading more of Kenaz's posts here on the forum and learning about upcoming projects from this talented writer.

Always gotta give props to real (*) authors showing up here.

And one of these days I'm gonna run into another fiction author here. *sigh*

(*) As in, not "self-published." Yeah, I'm a total snob about that @#$%...

Thanks for the kind words, everybody: I'm glad to be here and have enjoyed the discussions so far!

*waves* Fancy meeting you here :)

Lupa, Dahling! How HAVE you and your mate been? We haven't spoken in ages.

I am presently working hard on a book on New Orleans Voodoo and am looking forward to finishing that soon. Right now I'm at 50k words, or what I commonly call the "hitting the wall section of the marathon." By the time I'm wrapping things up I'll be at the "I never want to see this ferschlugginer manuscript again." Then comes indexing. :)

What writing projects are on your burner?
