Prayers and Energies Needed

One of my uncles has had heart trouble throughout his life. Periodically he's had to go in for surgeries. On Thursday, he will be going in for his most serious one yet. They will be replacing/repairing several valves (both natural and mechanical), including his aortic, and arteries. They expect him to be in surgery for at least six hours and then will remain in the hospital for about ten days. Other than his heart, he is in great shape and I guess that's one positive thing about this, at least he's in good physical condition which will help his body heal.

This man is so special to me, he's been more than an uncle to me and so I'm asking for your prayers and healing energies during this time, for a safe and effective surgery with swift healing.

I just spoke to another one of my uncles (they're all in Newfoundland and I'm in Rhode Island) and my uncle is doing fine, the surgery went well and they actually finished it earlier than expected. Here's hoping the healing time goes as well!

With the amount of people he's had from all over praying and giving their positive thoughts and energy, I'm sure everything will work out fine.

We're planning a visit back in the summer so I'll see him then. Can't wait!

I talked to my aunt last night and she said that he's doing great, the doctors are quite impressed with his progress and he's even managed to walk up and down the hallway a couple times!

We are all just so relieved and thankful.

Again, thank you for your continued support, it means a great deal to me. :)
