I'm curious. With all the spells that people cast, there has to be at least one that has been a total flop. So what was your one spell that didn't go quite the way you planned?

My flop spell: I was trying to create a spell for prosperity. Well, I tried to be a little to metaphorical in my rhyming and I accidently created a fertility spell. In the next month we had two swallows, a duck, and a turtle attempt to make our front yard their nesting ground. Oops. :D

One of my flop unintentional spells:

Couple years ago I met this cute married guy. I kinda liked him, but never told him and acted completelly as if I'm not interested..

But, I spent a lot of times just daydreming and intensivelly thinking about him..

2 months after we met, he got divorce, left his wonderful family and confesed to me he did it for me! It was the worst thing that ever happened to me..

Ofcourse, after that he was erased from my mind!

Not sure that while I was daydreming I casted the spell, but we saw each other maybe 3 times on accident after we met and he had no reason to think that I liked him..

Mine was a money spell. I thought would do a money spell on a $1.00 and buy a lottery ticket with it. I did the spell, bought the ticket & didn't win a thing! I was so dissappointed. But I did learn a lot from that.

I did a job spell, probably 6 months after highschool. I had decided I was just going to work menial jobs all my life, because I didn't want to borrow money for college. The spell didn't work at all. 6 months later a friend told me "you know, I owe all kinds of money, but now I have a great job I love and will be able to pay it off easily. Don't worry about owing money, you're too smart to hate yourself later for not going."... so I went to college instead.

I had the worst thing happen with one of my spells and I will Always feel bad about it.

There was this horrible hateful girl at my school(which had a student pop of 50) who was always saying these mean things about everyone. I did a sorta binding spell, closing her mouth if she couldnt be nice. She dropped out of school and ran away. I don't know if I caused it or not but my spell work was put on hold for a year after it.

I don't think I have really had a spell flop, but I tried to do a healing spell when my great-grandmother was really sick, well, she died like two days later.... I just put it to the fact that she was to sick to heal.

Well...this sorta is the same as Saphra's. Our cat was dying..and we poured every single last ounce of healing energy we had into her. She died that same week. A friend told me though that it hadn't failed, but probably made her passing smoother and easier for her...maybe she didn't suffer in the end because of it and went quicker.

I can't think of any that went wrong in a drastic sort of way like you mentioned. Rarely do results come in the way I would have expected, though.

Although I never cast a specific love spell, I did ask on several occasions that the perfect love come into my life. He did, when I least expected it - but with the added bonus of a chronic and potentially fatal illness. So I got the love of my life and all the opportunities for spiritual growth that I could ever hope for, and I'm grateful for all of that.

Well, I just recently posted in Magic and Rituals about my prosperity spell. I asked for some extra money and ended up with two boxes of chocolate coins!

Oh, as to the healing spells - some people believe that when a person is really sick the best way for them to heal is to move on. Also, I think it's because sometimes they've decided it's their time even if we don't think it is. Just something to think about *shrugs*

Well, my grandmother was a stout Southern Babtist, a few days before she died, a friend was visiting with her, but my grandma didn't know she was there, all of a sudden my grandma looked at the closet door, and said something like "I'll be there shortly Jesus". and on Easter Sunday, she passed away. Even tho I don't believe in what she did, I am so very happy that she passed on such a special day to her.

I suppose I should count the workings I've done for referrals to my freelance practice that resulted in the clients being nutzoids......
