Hi, Greta! If you are into runes, you should check out the pratical rune magick thread. There's a great thread entitled "Help;" maybe you'll find some help there.
Also, light a green candle. A green candle is for prosperity. I remember Freyja writing in another thread that a happy color like yellow is good when looking for a job. I'm sure that Freyja will have other good advice tips for you.
Lots of good energy being sent your way! :heartthro

Yep, the Help charm in Practical Rune Magic I is good for many things, help in drawing prosperity (through a new or better job) being one of them.

Here are two threads that might be helpful:
Does Anyone Know Anything To Help Me Find A Job? (http://www.mysticwicks.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16588&highlight=Employment)
Questions About Lodestone (http://www.mysticwicks.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13332&highlight=Employment)
I've been using lodestones for a while now, and although I haven't gotten a full time job yet (which may not be for my highes good anyway) or gotten rich, my freelance business has picked up, I'm finding change on the floor all the time and little bits of extra money keep coming my way.

Hmmm......I have my own freelance business and I few weeks ago, I placed my receipt book on my money altar - yes, I have an altar just for money requests :D I even found a bandana printed with dollar bills that I use for an altar cloth!
I have received quite a bit of work :boing:

tell me about your money altar Freyja, if you don't mind. I like the idea.

My money altar kind of evolved from a gift that was sent to me by a friend, who is RootWork13 on this board. She sent me a lodestone and a spell to go with it and told me that she has used it for almost ten years with consistent results. Lodestones are magnetic stones, and part of the ritual is that you feed them with magnetic sand, and do a ritual to thank them on a regular basis for what they have brought into your life.
I keep my lodestone in a small stoneware crock with a lid that I found in an antique shop and use as a sort of "cauldron." Like attracts like, so I've added a dollar bill and some coins. I frequently add gift money that I've found or received, and place my paycheck in the cauldron until I deposit it to "charge" it. I've recently added a small statue of Lakshmi, a prosperity goddess and of course, a green candle and the above-mentioned altar cloth printed with dollar bills in denominations up to $100. About once a month, I place the lodestone in a glass of water for a little while, then drink the water and thank the lodestone for the blessings that it has helped draw into my life. I recently started placing my receipt book and bills that need to be paid on the altar.
My business has recently taken a turn for the better, and I have received lots of small gifts of money. Instead of finding pennies on the ground, I'm finding dimes and quarters.
I also keep a lodestone in my Money Growth Jar and my change purse.
RootWork13 has a thread in Pagan Public Marketplace and may be able to get them for you. If not, Azure Green also carries them.
Hope this helps!
