I second AzureGreen. Very good quality..and a huge selection.

I also personally order from (and yes, it is an ebay store) http://stores.ebay.com/Frendzco-Wiccan-Supply . I find their herbs and oils to be a of good quality. Good for those who are tight on money..as the majority of oils are reasonably priced.

..but I'm not sure if I can attest to their strength or not..just that they've always been good for what I need.
