Need Help Planning A Handfasting Date

As most of you know, Flar and I are going to have a private handfasting ritual at Imbolc as we had planned, but intend to have another public ceremony in May when we can be handfasted outdoors. There will be quite a few non-pagans attending the second ritual.

I'm not very good at planetary aspects, etc. I'd like to find a date around Beltane. Can anyone help pick a good date on a weekend falling around that Sabbat?

Thanks - and you know, I've only really checked the moon cycle for the handfasting on February 2nd. I'd love some insight into the astrological correspondences around that date, too.
