View Full Version : Am I seeing Things

Not sure if this is the right place to post or not. But this morning after waking up I could see a hooded man at the end of the bed. I could only see from the shoulders up.

The mans face looked normal but then his face started to change and become more skeletal by this stage I freaked and shut my eyes and reopened them and he was gone.

This has happened once before but instead of hooded man it was an image of a Nun her face didn't change.

The last couple of months I have been seeing things out the corners of my eyes but when I turn and look there is nothing there.

Is this just my mind playing tricks with me or is this what happens when your house is close to a cemetery.

Thanks for reading
Ben

It could be a hyponogic hallucination. Were you between waking and sleeping, still groggy?

It could also be shadow (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_people) people (http://www.shadowpeople.org/) (2 separate links)

This was my first thought. However, it could also just be a hallucination - I tend to get them when I'm really stressed out. (I start seeing things out of the corner of my eyes, and when I first wake up. )

It could be that, I have both seen the nun and hooded man after I had just woken up.

It could explain seeing things out of the corner of my eye. I am fully awake when this happens. It looks like something moving quickly (darkish object) running up the hallway.

No offense meant, but I get those sort of hallucinations when my meds are in need of adjusting. How's your health otherwise?

Also, things seen immediately after awakening or as you're falling asleep are generally not as reliable to our senses, if that makes any sense.

My health is good. What your saying does make sense. I thought I would just put the question out there. No offense taken
