yesterday evening, my mom has a friend over. And she saw my pentacle cause I make no effort to hide it, I sometimes even forget they are on. But she asked me what it was, and my brother said "it's for Wicca" then she left it at that. But later, I was looking through my book I checked out of Goddesses, and she said "Isn't Wicca witchcraft?" I looked at her and went "...not always, it is more about _____ _____" and SHE said "but it's still witchcraft" and I said "no" but then my mom stepped in and said something. This morning my mom said if her friend had gone any farther, she would have stepped in. :) I dunno that just made me feel happy that my mom would defend me about that. woo sorry for taking up space hehe. P.S. I GOT NEW BEDROOM FURNITURE TODAY well, I mean it was mine from my dad's house but they're moving it in to my mom's house...hmm...comfy bed.. LOL so happy. Finally battled the dustbunnies that have grown to a feral size in my room.

o ok =) lol the dustbunnies killed spiders behind my desk :( and I had to vacuum them up when I was clearing out my room. hehehe

Your post made me smile, FaerySong. Your mom obviously loves you, and you know it. I wish I could say the same about my daughter. It gives me hope that you two are close. I'm always glad to see posts affirming love, and I never think they waste space. :D

Oh I know what you mean....when my Mom did that the first time I was like "omg..I'm so proud! *wipes a tear from her eye*" lolol :)

I'm so glad your mom is as great as she is. I think it's a terrible waste when mothers and their children just can't get along. I'm sure there's always love...but there should always be "like," too.

I'm convinced my mom is the greatest mom in the world, however. You're all welcome to challenge it, but I stand firm in my conviction. :D
