Merry meet everyone!!! I have been into Wiccan for 1 year now and it has been a long time trying to figure it all out. I have had it tested and now I know I am on the right path. Today I learned a big lesson. Part of wiccan is wanting everyone happy and I learned that it just isn't going to happen. You must first be happy and balanced yourself before you can help anyone else and even then they are a free will so no matter how hard I try I can't make them happy. Well thanks for listening and have a great life!!

I know that feeling all too well. I spent several years wondering how I could make everyone else happy and try to explain my new path.....hoping they would stay happy(not likely in my family, except husband is very supportive). Then I realized that the whole reason I became pagan....was to make myself happy and not worry what others think. Granted...I haven't told them yet....but as of right now it's my business and the Gods and Godesses business. I need to stop and heal my own life first. Hope that doesn't sound selfish, but I've spent years changing myself to make everyone else happy...and they're still not happy..and neither am I. Time to fix it :)

Exactly, possum, without the balance you will never reach your goal, and every wish you might have would go into its own direction; if you don't know yourself and the reason why the spell was casted, it will find its own way (and answers)..
