what are the metaphysical properties of these two stones?

I tried doing a google search on this but all the sites say something kinda different so I am asking

what are the metaphysical properties of

1) Lemurian Seed Quartz Crystal Point ?

and

2) Moldavite

it just gets all confusing sometimes when different places say different things about the same stones!?

I hope you get a difinitive answer here too, but as people's explanations will be based on their learning and experience with these stones, so there'll be some variations.

Here's my take...

Lemurian Seed Quartz is a variety of quartz point, named because of the understanding that it is connected to Lemuria, a lost land and civilisation similar to Atlantis. They have horizontal striations, felt as textured ridges up the sides. They hold a warmth and vibration unlike quartz. They are used as a gateway and to expand the consciousness into the highest frequencies of light, counteracting feeling separated from the Divine. A wonderful tool for those practicing healing and seeking reconnection with soul purpose and divine light.

Moldavite is a green variety of Tektite that formed 14.8 million years ago when a large meteorite entered our atmosphere so fast that it melted before it crashed and exploded on impact in the Czech Republic. The impact was so great that it formed the Bohemian plateau and Moldavites are found across the vast area. Please note that the weight given has been rounded to the nearest gram.

Moldavite has a very high vibration, activating all chakras, often giving you a light-headed feeling. It aids awareness - both personal and spiritual - of your inner secrets and also those of the universe. It can shine a light into the darker corners of one's life so that we can see that the things we fear in truth, and find out that they're not as bad as we thought.
