Firefly fairy?

Are there any fairies that appear to look like fireflies? I saw one just now and I thought it was odd. Is it normal to see fireflies in new york city in may?

Not saying it wasn't a fairy, but you are within firefly territory and with it warming up you should start seeing them. Look for them near more "woody" areas, like parks and such.

It is quite possible . Although faeries usually only appear to people the faerie wants to see them . Whixh is why most people cannot see them even with their heart .
