Ok so I was reading the 21 lessons of merlin, only to find out that I'm a female so a lot of what he taught in this book doesn't apply to me perse. Is there a 21 lessons of merlina book out there anywhere? or any good books on the role that the females played among the Druids?

Well...at the risk of sounding rude...

The idea that book gives that there were no Druid women is garbage, in my opinion. There is every indication historically that there were female as well as male Druids.

As for books to read, Isaac Bonewits maintains a really good reading list here:

I also maintain one of my own, which isn't nearly as long. :p

The book that I read never indicated that there weren't female druids, it just stated that they were trained on avalon, in the female aspects.

Thanks I'll have to look for those books, and check out those sites. Just wanted to explore it further I hate only having one side to a story!!
