While there are a few traditions in Wicca that are strickly women only, generally, it's not just for women. I have found that there seems to be more women than men, though.

And some argue that the "women only" Wiccan trads aren't Wiccan at all but Pagan.

There are some all women groups which are Wiccan (the Minoan Sisterhood springs to mind) There are also some all women groups that aren't Wiccan. There are also some all male groups out there.
Most groups are a mixture of men and women. Some traditions have a strong preference for balanced genders (so 50% men, 50% women.) Some prefer that, but work with the people they have. Some have a mixture, but don't care about the actual numbers.
It does seem that there are more women interested in Wicca than men - there's no single answer as to why, but some reasons I've heard include the inclusion of female deity/deities, the fact that women can take on significant religious roles (as priestess/high priestess), and other issues having to do with gender and religion.
