Like sara said, what a jerk (well, there are other words I could use, but, I won't on a PG-13 forum).

Even a kid wouldn't be that dumb or immature, the sane ones anyway. I hope the puppy is ok, and gets a loving hope.

The puppy is now being cared for in an animal shelter.
