I would be interested in knowing if the readers combine other tools such as Astrology, hand analysis with their Tarot readings.
I combine the two as it gives me a greater insight into the personality of the sitter. I generally do the hand analysis after laying out the Tarot spread, always asking the sitter to not tell me anything about themselves as it takes objectivity away.
I also first ask them, whether they have a question or just require a reading of a general nature. I ask them not to tell me the question but to focus quietly on it while shuffling the cards.
Hand analysis is important as it gives huge insight into any issues that could result from the reading and as to how to handle them.
As many of those coming to me for readings seem to be of a really serious nature, often life threatening issues, the hand can give some idea as to health, psychological barriers, traumatic events and how they will handle them etc.
Yet my friend who also has been a long term reader the other end of the street gets the fun readings- strange?
